The high-speed ferry service used to provide transportation between Bar Harbor, Maine and Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. The CAT, the most well known of the ferries, flew on the water at highway speeds. The CAT carried 775 passengers, 250 cars and 14 motor homes or tour buses.
